Biography

Jessica Forsyth joined Concord GRN as a Recruit Assistant and quickly was promoted to Search Consultant. She is a graduate from BYU with Bachelors in English and minor in Psychology. She was in gymnastics for 13 years and has run 3 marathons.

Prior to joining GRN, Jessica spent 2 years working with an internationally recognized staffing firm where she gained priceless experience working with both candidates and clients. Her first year at this firm she was a Peak Performer and Rookie of the year.

Her knowledge and experience of working with people and identifying their needs enable her to recognize high quality people who are successful, happy, employed and not looking to make a change in their career to get them to consider the possibility. Her skills bring to light some of the most talented un-accessible people who can impact your bottom line quickly with little or no ramp up time.

Jessica is energetic, outgoing and focused on making an impact. She is committed to providing the best service and follow up while not compromising on quality. Jessica will be focused on supporting the team and developing her skills in support of the growth of Concord GRN.
