Shannon Rahin is a native Californian and has joined the GRN Concord team where she supports the Search Consultant Team.

Shannon came to GRN from a successful career in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. She started out as an office assistant and worked her way up over the years to become a partner of a successful Real Estate Firm.

She is a dynamic individual with over 6 years of management, sales, and analytical experience in various operational and support capacities. She is highly skilled in communicating at different levels and connecting with decision makers.

Shannon brings her many years of management and business experience to the team and is able to build relationships with clients and candidates while maintaining her values of honesty and integrity. Shannon has the ability to develop employees’ professional growth plans while increasing productivity and implementing company goals.
