Biography

Mr. Rutter was previously the founder and president of OnTrack Sports, LLC, located in Lenexa, KS. OnTrack Sports specialized in marketing Rutter’s multi-patented and award winning Accu-Length Expandable Junior Golf clubs. Accu-Length was recognized as “New Product of the Year” by the PGA of America in 2005. OnTrack Sports successfully distributed over 100 products into 51 states and 12 foreign countries.

Prior to starting OnTrack Sports, Rutter had a long career with The Pillsbury Company, in Minneapolis, MN. During his 18 year career, Rutter advanced from local/district manager with responsibility for sales and profit growth on $120M in sales, to Vice President of Field Sales with over $750M in volume. Rutter also earned numerous sales achievement awards, including manager of the year, President’s club, and national #1 sales volume leader during two fiscal years.
