Robert Bobby Nascimento, is a born, bred and lifelong New Yorker.
Bobby grew up in Bellerose, Queens attending Martin Van Buren High School, and then Manhattan College.
Bobby is a veteran of the US Military who served our country with honor in the Vietnam War.
Upon returning from military duty in Asia, Bobby completed Manhattan College and became an x-ray equipment technician with Eastern X-Ray Corp in New York.
Bobby later entered the automotive aftermarket industry working with industry giants, TRW and then Federal Mogul. He has over 30 years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket industry. Bobbys contacts within the automotive aftermarket industry include suppliers, manufacturers, rep agencies, jobbers and various buying groups. He has been involved in manufacturing with lines he handled directly through China based producers.
Bobby has experience in the New York market as a buyer and inventory specialist with Arch Corp, one of the largest independently owned automotive aftermarket parts chains in the New York tri-state region. He has reviewed and chosen vendors as well as negotiated terms and pricing while at Arch Corp. His engineering expertise was gained through his 30+ years of product testing and evaluation with numerous lines and manufacturers.
Bobby is a member of St. Gregorys Church in Queens, NY. He is also the coach of the childrens baseball and basketball teams. He is an avid sports fan who lives and breathes local New York teams like the Giants, Rangers and Mets.
Bobby has been married for over 25 years and has two beautiful, intelligent daughters.
