Scott Rice, Vice President of Business Development, Food & Beverage Division at Global Recruiters of Madison, is part of a 5 person team in the Food & Beverage and Natural Products industries. Rice was awarded as GRN's Search Consultant of the Year - Central Region in 2009. Global Recruiters of Madison has been the #1 office worldwide within GRN’s network since late 2005 and Scott’s clientele includes privately-held and publicly-traded emerging and high-growth companies.

Rice is dedicated to developing long-term strategic alliances with client companies and candidates alike, and he strictly adheres to his guiding principles of honesty, integrity, confidentiality and compassion. His goal is to offer world class permanent placement services by providing leading companies top performing talent, under the most demanding deadlines, who meet and exceed expectations.

Prior to joining Global Recruiters of Madison, Scott spent 14 years in sales and management in the Banking and Finance Industries. He has a proven track record of building management teams, increasing revenues, improving operational efficiencies and escalating profits.

Rice received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Scott and his wife, Sara, enjoy attending UW Madison sporting events, traveling and spending as much time as possible in the outdoors.
