Biography

Brian Swinney serves as a Vice President of Global Recruiters of Auburn Hills. In this capacity he is responsible for the Company’s Staffing Sector. His clients include all national and international staffing companies in North America. His searches range from senior executives such as CEO’s, COO and CFO’s to key personnel such as Managers, Operation personnel and sales staff.

Prior to joining Global Recruiters of Auburn Hills Brian spent 30 years in the staffing industry serving in various positions from Customer Service Representative to Division Vice President. He started his career in the staffing industry solving contingent staffing needs of companies in the silicon valley of California. He has held the position of Division Director of Technical Services at Kelly as well as Midwest Vice President for Talent Tree. Brian has spent several years assisting staffing companies in turnaround strategies for underperforming branches. He has worked with franchise systems and provided key business development assistance with small staffing firms across the country.

Brian has earned certifications in operational and sales training and has spent over eight years as a field trainer in the staffing services industry. He has trained every type of core staff personnel from Business Owner to Receptionist.
