Biography

Charles Naselli is President of Global Recruiters of Greenville, where he specializes in placing senior leaders in the portfolio companies of private equity and holding companies.

Before founding GRN Greenville, Charlie was General Manager of the Installation Services business of Guardian Building Products, which serves residential and commercial construction markets.

Prior to that, he held positions as Director of Quality, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations with Kohler Plumbing. As VP of Operations, he was responsible for Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Materials, Forecasting, Customer Service, and Distribution, and he led the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

His early career included scientific research at the IBM Research Lab, military night vision engineering with ITT Defense, technical consulting throughout ITT Corporation, and a series of executive positions with Sheraton Hotels.

Charlie has a BS in Physics and Math from DePaul University, and an MS in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona. He holds seven US Patents for his work in night vision.
