Karen has a B. A. in Scandinavian Studies from Luther College in Decorah, IA. She retired from Delta Air Lines in 2008 with 21 years of experience working in various positions in Sales, Customer Service and Service Recovery. She also managed a sales office for a well known travel office in the Midwest.
