Nikki Best is Managing Partner of "The Best Group", GRN Missoula, a firm specializing in the recruiting and permanent placement of professional and executive talent in the Sporting Goods and Sporting Apparel industries.

Nikki earned a BS in Education from The University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from The University of Montana.
