Biography

Jim Constantine has established a practice unique in the search industry by focusing, primarily, on representing the most accomplished professionals in Corporate America rather than focusing on Client Searches. He likens his approach to that of a Sports Agent, representing an extensive “roster” of “A” list professionals who ask him to, discreetly, make their availability known to select organizations for whom they would be interested in joining.
