Prior to establishing Global Recruiters of Las Vegas Bill had over 25 years experience in the IT industry specializing in Management, Operations, Software, Managed Services and Professional Services. Bill is skilled in leading the efforts in recognizing and recruiting “A Team” individuals.

Bill’s experience spans both the Fortune 500 as well as start-up companies.
• Recruited, deployed and managed top notch IT talent delivering Professional DBA and Project Management services to the medical insurance industry.
• Staffing advisor for a company offering products and services to the Medical Clinic industry.
• Identified, recruited and provided a key executive team for a start up initiative to provide a technology based insurance claim processing and claim securitization service to pharmacies.
• President/CEO, Barrister Global Services Network a public IT services company where Bill built a highly efficient sales organization.
• Staffed and led a Professional Services organization focusing on application development, CRM, and database design and implementation for Hitachi.
• Staffed and led NCR’s newly formed Global Managed Services organization. This position was quickly expanded to include all NCR remote services and global infrastructure. These services incorporated various customer-focused information technology services such as call centers, systems and network management, asset management, enterprise CRM and ATM switching environments as well as remote hosting of account processing and Internet services for 100+ banking customers, an organization of over 2,500 individuals globally.
• Staffed and led a Managed Services organization for COMDISCO with the responsibility to start up, develop, sell and deliver a suite of professional and outsourcing services.
• Staffed and led a new software business for UNISYS where he created a new business in software products: application development, data and object management, systems and network management, transaction processing, and desktop processing. He managed over 1,000 employees across locations in Pennsylvania, Minnesota, California, New Zealand, Australia and Great Britain.

Bill holds a BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly University, a MSBA/IS from San Diego State University and a Ph.D. BA/IS from California Coast University.
