Biography

Kristen Zarzycki, is our Project Recruiter for Biotechnology Sales. She provides to our clients an unsurpassed volume of passion, integrity, and accommodation that far exceeds customer expectation. Her professionalism expands from her previous ten years of sales experience, predominantly in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Therefore, she delivers equally to her clients and to her candidates an exceptional level of service, insight, and efficiency throughout the search and recruitment process.

Kristen is developing our Biotechnology, Diagnostics, and Medical Devices division with the aspiration of significantly impacting an industry that will continue to be a vital foundation to our country's economic development. She co-generates and cultivates our partnerships with key clients in a team approach. She also conducts and closely manages the division’s search and recruitment process in order to ensure speedy fulfillment when our clients’ have critical needs for Top-Level Talent.

Kristen is a fierce yoga instructor in her spare time. She is also an avid runner and the patron saint for her two dogs, Dakota and the Boo.
