Biography

John D. Seager is the founder and Managing Partner of Global Recruiters of Cleveland-Westside. Seager has been a tenured and strongly accomplished sales professional in the management search and recruitment industry. Prior to establishing Global Recruiters of Cleveland-Westside, he had been responsible for the franchise sales for the world’s largest franchise organization in the recruiting industry, Management Recruiters International. During his tenure with MRI, John had successfully sold over 300 franchises and assisted in the sales process of an additional 200 franchises. After having impacted over 500 professional lives in eleven years, John resolved to apply his experience to his own firm.

Seager is responsible for the strategic leadership required in continually strengthening the firm’s capability of delivering a superior level of service to its specific core clients. Successful and progressive outsourcing companies will be forced to compete for the top talent qualified to drive performance, growth, and profit. Our firm will focus on contributing to our clients’ critical advantage through extensively identifying, attracting, and recruiting the best talent over their competition. John received dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and International Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

John is exceptionally driven and competitive in all walks of his life. His greatest loves are his young son, Noah and his Weimaraner named the Boo.
