Biography

Ken started Global Recruiters of Concord along with his wife of 20 years Liz. Ken is an accomplished executive with expertise in sales, business development, logistics and operations.

Prior to starting Global Recruiters of Concord Ken had a distinguished career within Corporate Express, Sprint / Nextel Communications and Boise / OfficeMax.

At Corporate Express Ken learned the printing industry from forms to labels, sheet fed to web press along with digital, warehousing and fulfillment. With Nextel Communications Ken was charged with channel management, marketing and new business development. At Boise / OfficeMax Ken was responsible for operations and logistics as well as sales on a national level.

Ken has extensive sales training in PSS, SPIN, Miller Hieman as well as experience with Kaizen and Six Sigma process improvement programs.

Ken brings 20+ years of sales, management and operations experience to work for his clients everyday to allow him to fully understand their particular needs. He is able to leverage that understanding to assist him and his staff in finding highly qualified candidates for those clients which keeps them coming back when they have a critical need.
