It is apparent that if anyone holds the key to successful recruiting, it’s Ed Moeller. With 30 years of experience in the recruiting business he has gained respect as an industry leader. Ed has been the top producer in the country with a national recruiter firm 11 different times. Ed clients include national and international Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Sales, and BioMedical companies in North America and his searches range from senior executives such as President, VP, CEO's COO and CFO's to key personnel. Ed has placed over 30 President and Vice President in the last several years. One of the main secrets to his accomplishments comes from his ability to be a manager and an account executive combined. By being president and having full managerial responsibilities Ed has empathy for what clients are thinking and well as hands on knowledge of the typical characteristics of what makes a successful employee. These elements, combined with GRN Birmingham's strong team approach in recruiting have helped our office implement unique techniques and great success. Not only has Ed trained the recruiters in his office but additionally he makes numerous speaking appearances to help recruiters across the country. Ed graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in business and started his sales career at Proctor and Gamble. From there he joined Management Recruiters a national recruiting firm in the Detroit area where his office was awarded "Office of the Year" 14 times in that 20 year history.
