Chuck is the founder and President of Global Recruiters of Alexandria. He lived overseas for over 25 years working as general manager or President of subsidiary companies of the Eastman Kodak Company. Most recently, he was CEO of Alghanim Industries, a major privately-held conglomerate based in Kuwait representing major American brands.

During these years, Chuck gained broad, hands-on leadership and management experience in the areas of sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution, finance, IT, human resources, legal, public relations and advertising.

In addition, through his extensive experience in restructurings, mergers, acquisitions Chuck became a seasoned change agent.

Chuck received his BS from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Captain.
