Biography

Bid Hagan, President, brings to GRN of Cape Cod a successful and professional background with over 35 years of experience in the development, management and financing of commercial and industrial real estate.

After completing a significant expansion program for one of the major oil companies, he developed several shopping centers throughout New England and subsequently took charge of property development for one of the major food chains. He founded a Real Estate consulting firm in 1982 and went on to purchase, finance and manage several commercial and industrial projects throughout the United States.

Because of his long and diverse career he is in a unique position to understand your exact requirements and need for professional talent.

Prior to founding GRN of Cape Cod, Bid enjoyed several major accomplishments both as a representative of the corporate side of the real estate community and as an entrepreneur in his own businesses.
