Rick is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service, contact center operations and distribution. During his career, Rick has utilized his expertise in operations leadership and client management to build some of the finest support teams in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Rick’s diverse background also includes senior level project management experience in contact center build outs and technology implementations covering the latest telecom, quality management, workforce management and knowledge management applications.
