Biography

MR. ANGELL joined GRN in March 2003. Prior to joining GRN, he enjoyed a successful 33-year career in franchise sales with Management Recruiters International in Cleveland, Ohio where he grew the franchise network to over 1,200 offices. In 2000, Mr. Angell was promoted to the position of senior vice president of franchise sales and in 2001 and 2002, he served MRI in the capacity of senior advisor to the president, retiring from MRI at the end of 2002. From 1973 to 1999 he served as Vice President of Franchise Marketing, where he was responsible for the sale of approximately 2,000 franchises (this includes new sales, partnerships and resales). Mr. Angell started his career with MRI as an account executive in a franchise office in 1968 and subsequently joined the corporate staff of MRI as director of franchise marketing. Prior to joining MRI, Mr. Angell had a very successful sales and sales management career in the consumer products industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the franchising and search/staffing industry to GRN.
